Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Stonique Marble . By purchasing from our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Order Processing & Production

All products are manufactured to order.

Production begins only after order confirmation and payment.

Estimated production lead time is 2 weeks, depending on the design’s complexity.

We do not keep stock; every product is custom-made for each customer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Your order will typically arrive within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase (production + delivery combined).

All deliveries are carried out exclusively by REG TRANSPORT LTD, a logistics provider specialized in heavy natural stone products.

3. Delivery Terms

Standard delivery is curbside (doorstep delivery).

If you live in an apartment building, delivery will be made to the building entrance.

If the product can be reasonably carried by delivery staff without special equipment, it may be delivered directly to your door.

For in-home delivery, upper-floor delivery, or assembly services, customers must request these in advance.

    • Such services are arranged directly with REG TRANSPORT LTD.

    • They may incur additional charges, payable to the logistics provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard delivery within the UK is free of charge.

Additional fees may apply for optional in-home delivery, installation, or upper-floor services.

These services are not included in the purchase price and will be quoted separately.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and tracking link provided by REG TRANSPORT LTD.

6. Delivery Inspection & Damages

Customers must inspect products upon delivery.

Any visible damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

Depending on the case, we may arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

7. Exceptions & Limitations

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by unforeseen events (transport delays, weather conditions, force majeure, etc.).

Once products are handed over to REG TRANSPORT LTD, we are not liable for further delays.
